Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma tissue reacted with THEM2 antibody (C-term) (1460b), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Western blot analysis of THEM2 Antibody (C-term) polyclonal antibody (ABIN388249) in mouse liver tissue lysates (35ug/lane). THEM2 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab (1:60 dilution).
