Western blot analysis of anti-BMPR1A Pab (ABIN388733) in mouse heart lysate. BMPR1A was detected as a specific doublet (arrows) at 60-65 kDa using purified Pab. Secondary HRP-anti-rabbit was used for signal visualization with chemiluminescence.
