Immunogen This FMR1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 20-48 AA from the N-terminal region of human FMR1.
Clone RB20964
Isotype Ig
Specificity This FMR1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 27~56 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human FMR1. Note: It was reported by a customer that in addition to the target band, this antibody also recognizes a ~40KD band in mouse cerebellum. This ~40kd band might account for part of the IHC staining in mouse cerebellum.
Purification This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Alternative Name FMR1
Background FMR1 binds RNA and is associated with polysomes. This protein may be involved in mRNA trafficking from the nucleus to the cytoplasm.

anti-Fragile X Mental Retardation 1 (FMR1) (N-Term), (AA 20-48) antibody Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with FMR1 Antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
anti-Fragile X Mental Retardation 1 (FMR1) (N-Term), (AA 20-48) antibody (2) Western blot analysis of FMR1 Antibody (N-term) (ABIN390866) in mouse lung tissue lysates (35 µg/lane). FMR1 (arrow) was detected using the purified polyclonal antibody.
anti-Fragile X Mental Retardation 1 (FMR1) (N-Term), (AA 20-48) antibody (3) FMR1 Antibody (N-term) (ABIN390866) flow cytometric analysis of NCI-H460 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
