Additional Information

Alternative name HADHA
Gene ID 3030
UniProt P40939
Immunogen This HADHA antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 734~763 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human HADHA.
Isotype Ig
Description Other names: Trifunctional enzyme subunit alpha, mitochondrial, TP-alpha, 78 kDa gastrin-binding protein, Long-chain enoyl-CoA hydratase, Long chain 3-hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase, HADH, HADHA
Characteristics Peptide Affinity Purified Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Pab)
Specificity This HADHA antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 734~763 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human HADHA.
Molecular Weight 83000 DA
Comments

Background: HADHA is the alpha subunit of the mitochondrial trifunctional protein, which catalyzes the last three steps of mitochondrial beta-oxidation of long chain fatty acids. The mitochondrial membrane-bound heterocomplex is composed of four alpha and four beta subunits, with the alpha subunit catalyzing the 3-hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase and enoyl-CoA hydratase activities.

Application Details

Application Notes The suggested dilution is: ELISA ~~ 1:1,000 Western blotting~~ 1:100~500 Immunohistochemistry ~~ 1:50~100 Flow cytometry ~~ 1:10~50
Concentration 0.25 mg/ml
Purification Purified
Buffer Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Storage Maintain refrigerated at 2-8 deg C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20 deg C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles
