Western blot analysis of anti-HARS2 Antibody (N-term) (ABIN391844) in A2058 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).HARS2(arrow) was detected using the purified Pab (1:60dilution).

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human testis tissue reacted with HARS2 antibody (N-term) (ABIN391844), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
