The anti-ADCK1 Pab (ABIN392812) is used in Western blot to detect ADCK1 in, from left to right, mouse heart, mouse kidney,T47D, and mouse liver tissue lysates.

Western blot analysis of ADCK1 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal ADCK1 Antibody (N-term) (ABIN392812). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the ADCK1 gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies).

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma. HC = hepatocarcinoma.
