Recognizes the bovine WC14 cell surface antigen. WC14 is expressed on monocytes and granulocytes, and a subset of activated T cells. Clone BT3/8.12 is reported to immunoprecipitate two polypeptide chains of 150kDa and 158kDa from activated T cells, under reducing conditions
