Application Notes Western blot = 1:500-1000

Background: The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the transcription cyclin family. These cyclins may regulate transcription through their association with and activation of cyclin-dependent kinases (CDK) that phosphorylate the C-terminal domain (CTD) of the large subunit of RNA polymerase II. This gene product may play a dual role in regulating CDK and RNA polymerase II activities.

anti-Cyclin K (CCNK) antibody Western Blot analysis of CCNK expression in transfected 293T cell line by CCNK monoclonal antibody (M01), clone 3B7-1B9. Lane 1: CCNK transfected lysate(41 KDa). Lane 2: Non-transfected lysate. Western blot analysis of CCNK over-expressed 293 cell line, cotransfected with CCNK Validated Chimera RNAi used as specificity and loading control.
