Purification This antibody is purified through a protein G column, eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.
Alternative Name LHX1
Background Synonyms: Serine protease inhibitor J6, 47 kDa heat shock protein, Collagen-binding protein, Colligin, Serpin H1,Hsp47, Cbp1, Serpinh1
Molecular Weight 44808 DA
Gene ID 12406
UniProt NP_005559
Research Area Transcription Factors, Signaling, Cell Structure
Application Notes ELISA ~~ 1ug/ml~3ng/ml

Background: This gene encodes a member of a large protein family which contains the LIM domain, a unique cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain. The encoded protein may function as a transcriptional regulator and be involved in control of differentiation and development of neural and lymphoid cells. A similar protein in mice is an essential regulator of the vertebrate head organizer.

Restrictions For Research Use only
