Immunogen RHOH (AAH14261, 1 a.a. ~ 192 a.a) full-length recombinant protein with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26 K
Clone 3D3
Isotype IgG2a kappa
Specificity RHOH (AAH14261, 1 a.a. ~ 192 a.a) full-length recombinant protein with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26 KDa.
Purification This antibody is purified through a protein G column, eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.
Background Synonyms: Serine protease inhibitor J6, 47 kDa heat shock protein, Collagen-binding protein, Colligin, Serpin H1,Hsp47, Cbp1, Serpinh1
Molecular Weight 21331 DA
Gene ID 12406
Research Area Cancer, Cell Structure
Application Notes ELISA ~~ 1ug/ml~3ng/ml

Background: The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Ras superfamily of small GTPases. Expression of a chimeric transcript of LAZ3 and this gene has been reported as a result of the translocation t(3,4) in non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. This gene encodes a small G-like protein, and unlike most other small G proteins which are expressed ubiquitously, this gene is transcribed only in hemopoietic cells.

Restrictions For Research Use only
