Description AHA1 is a cochaperone that stimulates HSP90 ATPase activity. It may also affect a step in the endoplasmic reticulum with regard to Golgi trafficking. AHA1 interacts with HSPCA/HSP90 and with the cytoplasmic tail of the vesicular stomatitis virus glycoprotein. The protein is expressed in numerous tissues, including brain, heart, skeletal muscle, and kidney tissues and, at lower levels, liver and placental tissues.Antibodies-Online Rabbit Anti-AHA1 Polyclonal Antibody is developed in rabbit hosts using a synthetic peptide (KLH-coupled) within residues 150-200 of human AHA1 protein (Swiss Prot: O95433).
Specificity Antibodies-Online Rabbit Anti-AHA1 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous level of human AHA1 protein.

Application Details

Application Notes Working concentrations for specific applications should be determined by the investigator. The appropriate concentrations may be affected by secondary antibody affinity, antigen concentration, the sensitivity of the method of detection, temperature, the length of the incubations, and other factors. The suitability of this antibody for applications other than those listed below has not been determined. The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points for this product.ELISA: 0.05-0.2 ug/ml Western blot: 0.5-1 ug/mlOther applications: user optimized
Concentration 0.5 mg/ml, lyophilized with PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.02% sodium azide
Purification Immunoaffinity chromatography
Storage Rabbit Anti-AHA1 Polyclonal Antibody should be stored lyophilized until use. It remains stable in lyophilized form for at least two years if stored at 2-8°C. The reconstituted antibody can be stored for two to three weeks at 2-8°C or for up to two years at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles.
