Description B-Phycoerythrin (B-PE), a fluorescent protein from phycobiliprotein family, is isolated fromcyanobacteria and eukaryotic algae. Its primary absorption peak is at 545 nm with asecondary peak at 563 nm.
Specificity This antibody reacts to B-Phycoerythrin.

Application Details

Application Notes ELISA: 1/20000 - 1/100000. Western Blot: 1/2000 - 1/10000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/1000 - 1/5000. Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
