Sequence EKVTMQNLNDRLASYLDKVRALEESNYELEGKIKEWYEKH GNSHQGEPRD
Predicted Reactivity Mouse : 100 %, Rat : 100 %
Characteristics This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against KRT10. It was validated on Western Blot using a cell lysate as a positive control.
Purification Affinity Purified
Alternative Name KRT10
Background KRT10 is a member of the type I (acidic) cytokeratin family, which belongs to the superfamily of intermediate filament (IF) proteins. Keratins are heteropolymeric structural proteins which form the intermediate filament. These filaments, along with actin microfilaments and microtubules, compose the cytoskeleton of epithelial cells. Mutations in the gene encoding KRT10 are associated with epidermolytic hyperkeratosis.
