In WB a band can be seen at ~320 kDa. Recommended Blocking Buffer for ICC/IF and IHC: 5 % (v/v) normal horse serum, 5 % (v/v) normal goat serum, 0.2 % (w/v) L-lysine, 0.2 % (v/v) Triton X-100 in PBS pH 7.2 The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors.
