Immunogen KLH conjugated synthetic peptide selected from the C-term region of human CXCR7
Specificity This antibody reacts to CXCR7.
Cross-Reactivity (Details) Species reactivity (tested):Human and Mouse.
Purification Affinity Chromatography on Protein A.
Alternative Name CXCR7 / GPR159 (CXCR7 Antibody Abstract)
Background CXCR7 is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor family. Although this protein was earlier thought to be a receptor for vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), it is now considered to be an orphan receptor, in that its endogenous ligand has not been identified. The protein is also a coreceptor for human immunodeficiency viruses (HIV).Synonyms: C-X-C chemokine receptor type 7, CMKOR1, CXC-R7, CXCR-7, Chemokine orphan receptor 1, G-protein coupled receptor 159, G-protein coupled receptor RDC1 homolog, GPR-159, RDC1
Gene ID 57007
NCBI Accession NP_064707
UniProt P25106
Pathways Myometrial Relaxation and Contraction, Negative Regulation of intrinsic apoptotic Signaling
