  • Application Notes
    Approved: Flo, ICC, IHC, IHC-Fr, WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and Immunocytochemistry. Detected Frizzled-3 by flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry on the differentiated embryoid bodies derived from the mouse embryonic cell line, D3. Immunocytochemistry and flow cytometry experiments on human HEK 293 cells demonstrate that this antibody cross-reacts with human Frizzled-3. Western Blot: Use at 1-2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-3. The detection limit for rmFrizzled-3 is ~0.5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Flow Cytometry: Dilute this antibody to 0.2 mg/mL and add 10 μL of the diluted solution to 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200 μL. The binding of the biotinylated monoclonal antibody may be visualized by adding streptavidin conjugated to a fluorochrome. Immunocytochemistry: Use with the appropriate secondary reagents at 8 μg/mL to detect Frizzled-3 in cells or frozen mouse embryos. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
