Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunocytochemistry: 1:500 dilution gave positive immunostaining of mouse 3T3/A31 fibroblasts fixed for 3 minutes with ice-cold 100 % acetone.
