| Application Notes | IHC (Frozen), FC Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections: This antibody should give satisfactory staining results when used on frozen sections at a concentration of 1.0 g/ml. FC: This antibody can be used at a concentration of = 1.0 g per 100 l of whole blood (or per 1.0 x 10^6 cells in a 100 l total staining volume). Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications. |
