Application Notes: Approved: Peptide-ELISA (1:32000), WB (1 - 3 μg/mL)

Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Approx 100  kDa band observed in lysates of cell line NIH3T3 (calculated MW of 93.4  kDa according to Human NP_001034200.1 and of 92.1  kDa according to Mouse NP_001035968.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 14  kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
