Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit Dilution: 1/64000. Western blot: 0.2-0.6 μg/mL. Approx 37 kDa band observed in Mouse Pancreas lysates andin lysates of cell lines A431, HeLa and K562 (calculated MW of 37.7 kDa according to HumanNP_006184.2 and 38.7 kDa according to Mouse NP_035168.1).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
