Peptide ELISA: Limit Dilution: 1/32000. Western blot: 1-3 μg/mL. Experiments gave bands at approx 140 kDa and 60 kDa in RatTestis lysates. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
