Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit Dilution: 1/8000. Western blot: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Approx 100 kDa band observed in Human Peripheral BloodMononucleocytes lysates (calculated MW of 73.0 kDa according to NP_005526.1). Theobserved molecular weight corresponds to the glycosylated form.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
