    Specificity
    This antibody reacts with CD22 (BL-CAM), a 130 KDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein (immunoglobulin superfamily) expressed in the cytoplasm of pro-B and pre-B lymphocytes, and on the surface of mature and activated B lymphocytes.
