Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: 1/16000. Western blot: Approx 35 kDa band observed in HEK293, A431 and HeLa lysates (calculatedMW of 35.5 kDa according to NP_002711.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1 - 0.3 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: Human Prostate shows nuclear staining ofsecretory cells inthe gland. Recommended concentration: 2 - 4 μg/mL. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
