Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: 1/16000. Western blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL. Approx 80+85 kDa bands observed in Rat Brain lysates(calculated MW of 81.5 kDa according to Human NP_001123539.1, 84.4 accorindg to HumanNP_056086.2 and 83.3 according to Rat NP_001102022.1).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
