Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.03-0.1 μg/mL. Approx 50 kDa band observed in Human Brain(hippocampus) lysates (calculated MW of 51.0 kDa according to NP_065855.1). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
