Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 64000. Western blot: 0.3-1.0 μg/mL. Approx 70 kDa band observed in Human Tonsil, Lymph Nodeand in Jurkat T-cell line lysates (calculated MW of 67.0 kDa according to NP_758961.1).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
