    Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 64000. Western blot: 0.3-1.0 μg/mL. Approx.48 kDa band observed in Human Brain lysates(calculated MW of 52.4 kDa according to NP_005240.3 (FOXG1B) and 50.4 kDa according t °CAA55038.1 (FOXG1A).
    Other applications not tested.
    Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
