Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 1-3 μg/mL. Approx 60 kDa band observed in lysate of human epidermoidcarcinoma A431 (calculated MW of 59.0 kDa (isoform A) according to NP_510965.1 and58.0 kDa (isoform B) according to NP_055096.2).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
