Application Details

Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 8000. Western blot: 1-3 μg/mL. Experiments gave bands at approx 45 kDa and 35 kDa in humanskeletal muscle lysate after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. These bands correspond to thereported isoforms with calculated MWs of 43.5 kDa according to NP_115935, and 38.5 kDaaccording to NP_912730.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
