Purification Ammonium Sulphate Precipitation followed by antigen Affinity Chromatography
Alternative Name DAP10 / HCST (HCST Antibody Abstract)
Background HCST is a transmembrane signaling adaptor that contains a YxxM motif in its cytoplasmic domain. It may form part of the immune recognition receptor complex with the C-type lectin-like receptor NKG2D and may activate phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase dependent signaling pathways. The receptor complex containing HCST may have a role in cell survival and proliferation by activation of NK and T cell responses. Alternative splicing results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.Synonyms: DNAX-activation protein 10, Hematopoietic cell signal transducer, KAP10, Membrane protein DAP10, PIK3AP, Transmembrane adapter protein KAP10
Gene ID 10870
NCBI Accession NP_001007470
UniProt Q9UBK5
Application Notes Peptide ELISA: 1/128000. Western Blot: 0.2-0.6 μg/mL. Approx 40 kDa band observed in Human spleen lysates (calculated MW of 9.0 kDaaccording to NP_055081.1). An additional band of unknown identity was also consistentlyobserved at 100 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with theimmunising peptide.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
