Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: 1/4000. Western Blot: 0.5-1.5 μg/mL. Approx 50 kDa band observed in lysates of Human ovary and of cell line K562 (CalculatedMW of 50.0 kDa according to NP_001014451.1).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
