Immunogen Amino acids 718-735 of human Traf6BP
Sequence CSEQFPPDYD QQVFERHV
Specificity This antibody detects TAX1BP. Species Reactivity: Tested: Human Expected from sequence similarity: Mouse
Purification Protein G chromatography
Alternative Name TAX1BP
Background A TRAF-interacting protein that specifically associates with TRAF6. T6BP shares an overall 50% identity and 59% similarity to a recently identified chicken protein MDP62, which has been implicated in promoting neurite outgrowth. T6BP-TRAF6 complex formation is dependent on the presence of the IL-1 receptor-associated kinase (IRAK).
Alternate names: PRO0105, T6BP, TRAF6-binding protein, Tax1-binding protein 1
Gene ID 8887
NCBI Accession NP_001073333
UniProt Q86VP1
Restrictions For Research Use only
