    Western Blot: A 95 kDa band was observed in Chicken Embryo Heart atrial and ventricular myocyte lysates (Sabourin et al, PMID 21672930). This antibody has been successfully used in WB on Mouse (Murtaza et al., PMID: 32882106).

    Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
