Specificity
|
Recognizes Human fragment D-dimer of cross-linked fibrin. Reacts equally well with fragment D of non-cross-linked fibrin. Minor reactivity with fragment D of fibrinogen or with fibrinogen has been observed. Does not cross-react with rabbit fibrin or its degradation products.

Application Notes

Suitable for use in ELISA. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
