| Description | Other names: Ras-related GTP-binding protein A,RRAGA, |
| Characteristics | Peptide Affinity Purified Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Pab) |
| Specificity | This RRAGA antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 282-312 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human RRAGA. |
| Molecular Weight | 36566 DA |
| Comments |
Background: Involved in the RCC1/Ran-GTPase pathway. RRAGA may play a direct role in a TNF-alpha signaling pathway leading to induction of cell death. May alternatively act as a cellular target for adenovirus E3-14.7K, an inhibitor of TNF-alpha functions, thereby affecting cell death. Has guanine nucleotide-binding activity but undetectable intrinsic GTPase activity. biquitously expressed with highest levels of expression in skeletal muscle, heart, and brain. |
Application Details
| Application Notes | The suggested dilution is: ELISA ~~ 1:1,000 Western blotting~~ 1:100~500 Immunohistochemistry~~ 1:50~100 |
| Concentration | 0.25 mg/ml |
| Purification | Purified |
| Buffer | Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification. |
| Storage | Maintain refrigerated at 2-8 deg C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20 deg C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles |
