Immunogen This KLF14 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 254-283 AA from the C-terminal region of human KLF14.
Clone RB27698
Isotype Ig
Specificity This KLF14 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 261-291 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human KLF14.
Purification This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Alternative Name KLF14 (KLF14 Antibody Abstract)
Background This gene encodes a member of the Kruppel-like family of transcription factors. The gene exhibits imprinted expression from the maternal allele in embryonic and extra-embryonic tissues. Expression of this gene is induced by TGF-beta, and the protein represses TGF-beta receptor II expression. The protein functions as part of a transcriptional co-repressor complex that also contains the transcriptional regulator SIN3A and histone deacetylase 2.
