Immunogen This MCPH1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 104-133 AA from the N-terminal region of human MCPH1.
Clone RB34189
Isotype Ig
Specificity This MCPH1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 103-133 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human MCPH1.
Predicted Reactivity Monkey
Purification This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Alternative Name MCPH1 (MCPH1 Antibody Abstract)
Background This gene encodes a DNA damage response protein. The encoded protein may play a role in G2/M checkpoint arrest via maintenance of inhibitory phosphorylation of cyclin-dependent kinase 1. Mutations in this gene have been associated with primary autosomal recessive microcephaly 1 and premature chromosome condensation syndrome. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.
