Immunogen This KLF1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 248-276 AA from the C-terminal region of human KLF1.
Clone RB34111
Isotype Ig
Specificity This KLF1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 247-276 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human KLF1.
Purification This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Alternative Name KLF1 (KLF1 Antibody Abstract)
Background This gene encodes a hematopoietic-specific transcription factor that induces high-level expression of adult beta-globin and other erythroid genes. The zinc-finger protein binds to the DNA sequence CCACACCCT found in the beta hemoglobin promoter. Heterozygous loss-of-function mutations in this gene result in the dominant In(Lu) blood phenotype.
