Immunogen CD73 antibody was raised in mouse using recombinant human CD73 (27-252 aa) purified from E. coli as the immunogen.
Anti-human CD73 antibody, clone 2B6, is derived from hybridization of mouse FO myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with a recombinant human CD73 protein.
Clone 2B6
Isotype IgG2b kappa
Purification Protein G affinity chromatography
Alternative Name CD73
Background CD73 is a membrane-bound glycoprotein that functions to hydrolyze extracellular nucleoside monophosphates into bioactive nucleoside intermediates. This enables the uptake of adenosine, inosine, and guanosine into the cell and their subsequent reconversion into ATP and GTP in the purine salvage pathway. The expression of CD73 on neuronal cells has been described during developmental processes and, on lymphocytes, CD73 serves as a maturation marker, being absent from the surface of both immature B and T cells.
Description: Anti-human CD73 antibody, clone 2B6, is derived from hybridization of mouse FO myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with a recombinant human CD73 protein. Synonyms: Monoclonal CD73 antibody, Anti-CD73 antibody , 5' nucleotidase antibody, ecto antibody, 5'-nucleotidase ecto (CD73) antibody, 5' nucleotidase (CD73) antibody, CD73 antibody, eN antibody, eNT antibody.

anti-5'-Nucleotidase, Ecto (CD73) (NT5E) (AA 27-252) antibody Cell lysates of human mesenitrocellulosehymal stem cell (30 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to nitrocellulose membrane and probed with anti-human CD73 (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
