Specificity: Human mamma carcinoma CA 15-3 (MUC-1, CD227). No cross-reactivity to other tumor-associated antigens like AFP, CEA, PAP, PSA, CA19-9 und CA125.

Application Notes: C, P, ELISA, WB , In paraffin section no pre-treatment is required, however heat induced antigen retrieval may improve the staining. Each laboratory should select it's own optimum staining and pre-treatment conditions. Positive Control: Mamma carcinoma
