Application Notes Working concentration: 1:20 bis 1:50. Positive control: Appendix, epidermis. Improved staining with Unmasking Fluid G (Art. No. DE007) or Unmasking Fluid C (Art. No. DE000). Incubation time: 60 min at RT. The volume is sufficient for at least 200 immunohistochemical tests (100 ul working solution / test).
