Additional Information

Immunogen BALB/C mice were injected with full length recombinant human BAG-1 protein.
Format Ig-fraction
Isotype IgG1  (Matching secondary antibodies)
Clone 3-10G3E2
Specificity This antibody reacts with a 36 kD protein known as BAG-1. BAG-1 is a multifunctional protein, which regulates several cellular processes including cell survival, signal transduction and protein folding. BAG-1 blocks apoptosis and interacts with several types of proteins, including bcl-2 family proteins, the kinase Raf-1, tyrosine kinase growth factor receptors and steroid hormone receptors.
