This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. Antigen Distribution: The BP-1 antigen is present on pre-B cells and newly formed B-cells in mousne hematopoietic tissues. The antigen may function as a cell adhesion molecule.
