Specificity: Rat Anti-Mouse Pre-B-Cells (Clone BP-1) recognizes Mouse Pre-B-Cells. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. Antigen Distribution: The BP-1 antigen is present on pre-B cells and newly formed B-cells in mouse hematopoietic tissues. The antigen may function as a cell adhesion molecule.

Application Details

Application Notes: FC, IP Flow Cytometry: It is recommended to use the indirect method for signal enhancement when enumerating cells expressing Pre-B-Cells. A suggested method would be to stain cells expressing Pre-B-Cells with Anti-Mouse Pre-B-Cells at =1.0 g per 1.0 X 106 cells in a 100 l total staining volume, followed by UltraAvidin- R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) (Leinco Prod. No.: A104). Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Concentration: 0.5 mg/ml

Buffer: This biotinylated antibody is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.

Storage: This biotinylated antibody is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
