Specificity: This antibody is specific to E-cadherin of 123 kD molecule of the cadherin family. E-cadherin is expressed on non-neuronal epithelial cells. This antibody reacts with tumor cell lines such as breast carcinoma cells.

Application Notes: Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Positive Control: Tonsil.
