Application Notes: Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), Flo, IHC, IHC-Pfa (5 - 10 μg/mL), WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Between each step, cells were washed with 0.1 % BSA in PBS. Flow Cytometry: 0.1 mg/mL. Use 10 μL to label 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total volume <200 μL. The binding of unlabeled primary antibodies may be visualized by adding 10 μL of a 25 μg/mL stock solution of IgG (FITC) xGt.
