Additional Information

Alternative name CD3
Immunogen Synthetic human CD3 polypeptide conjugated to bovine serum albumin.
Format Ig-fraction, Liquid (prediluted)
Specificity This antibody reacts with intracytoplasmic portion of the CD3 antigen on the T cells. It stains T cells in cortex as well as medulla of the thymus and lymphoid tissues. This antibody also labels T cell neoplasm, malignant histiocytes and in Hodgkin's disease.

Application Details

Application Notes Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation conditions should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cell membrane
Concentration 1 to 4 ug/ml
Buffer This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required.
Storage Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Research Area CD Antigens
Restrictions For Research Use. CE-certified for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Use in the European Union
