Additional Information

Alternative name CD3Epsilon
Isotype IgG2a
Clone 500A2
Specificity Syrian Hamster Anti-Mouse CD3e (Clone 500A2) recognizes an epitope on Mouse CD3e. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. Antigen Distribution: The CD3 complex is present on thymocytes and mature T-lymphocytes of all mouse strains tested.

Application Details

Application Notes FC Flow Cytometry: It is recommended to use the indirect method for signal enhancement when enumerating cells expressing CD3e. A suggested method would be to stain cells expressing CD3e with 25 g per 1 x 106 cells in a total staining volume of 100 l followed by UltraAvidin- R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) (Leinco Prod. No.: A104). Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.
Concentration 0.5 mg/ml
Buffer This biotinylated antibody is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative. Storage and Stability. Endotoxin: Functional.
Storage This biotinylated antibody is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
