Additional Information

Alternative name CD20
Immunogen Synthetic peptide derieved from C-terminus of human CD20 protein.
Format Ig-fraction
Specificity This antibody reacts with a 33 kD protein located on most human B lymphocytes. It stains B lymphocytes in the germinal centers and mantle zones of tonsil. This antibody can be used for the typing of malignant lymphomas and other lymphoproliferative disorders.

Application Details

Application Notes Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation conditions should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: cell membrane
Concentration 100ug/ml approximately
Buffer Purified immunoglobulin fraction of rabbit antiserum against CD20 containing sodium azide as preservative.
Storage Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Research Area CD Antigens
Restrictions For Research Use. CE-certified for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Use in the European Union
